Every Tuesday lunch and dinner we complement our menu with authentic Thai cuisine inspired by our award winning Thai chefs, Thongchai and Pornchai.  Our emphasis obviously is on seafood however we include meals with chicken and beef.  Experience a Thai meal at Bombora and you will experience the lightness and freshness of the produce, the harmony of flavours from thai herbs and spices and the fragrant aroma that greets you long before it arrives at your table.
